Shipping & Order Timeline
Please note: It takes 45–50 days for products to reach us after we close our preorder batch, not from the date you place your order.
We regularly post updates on our Instagram stories and highlights, so please refer to those for the latest information.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as holidays, climate issues, customs delays, or manufacturer-side problems etc. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.


FYI - WE DO CHARGE CUSTOM DUTY, WHICH IS A FEE LEVIED BY THE GOVERNMENT WHEN PACKAGES CROSS INTERNATIONAL BORDERS. THIS IS TYPICALLY BETWEEN ₹150–₹400, DEPENDING ON YOUR ORDER OR BATCH.HOWEVER, THIS FEE CAN EXCEED IF CUSTOM OFFICERS DECIDE TO CHARGE ADDITIONALLY, AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE ADJUSTED AMOUNT ACCORDINGLY.

STRICT NO REFUND / RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY* We are a preorder-based store that imports all products directly from international sellers, which means:* We DO NOT offer any refunds, regardless of the reason (change of mind, delay, or dissatisfaction).* We DO NOT accept returns under any circumstance, as every product is specially imported based on your individual order.* We DO NOT entertain cancellations once your order has been placed and the batch has been confirmed. This is because your item is already in the procurement process, and we cannot cancel with our international partners.* We do not provide refunds on processing fees for preorders placed through our website, as we do not receive this fee.*If an order is placed when our batch is closed, we are not responsible for any resulting delays. We always advise customers to place orders only when the batch is open to make sure processing is done.Please place an order only if you are 100% sure and comfortable with the wait time and conditions, as we follow a strict no-exception policy.If there's any issue during domestic shipping (after the package reaches India), such as loss, damage, or tampering, that is the responsibility of the shipping company, not us. Shipping Notice:
Our domestic shipping charges start from ₹150, but the final shipping cost may increase depending on the volumetric weight, size, or packaging required for your order.
If your parcel exceeds the base rate, we will notify you and request the remaining shipping amount separately before dispatching.


Additional Charges Notice:
All extra fees, including domestic shipping and customs duties, will be charged separately once the packages reach us or when we begin the dispatch process.
We will inform you of the final amount at that time.
